Sara Marrow is the Director of Operations at Home Care Assistance of San Antonio; we provide older adults and the disabled, with quality care that enables them to live happier, healthier lives in their home. Sara has been in the medical field for over 22 years. Sara has been instrumental in the start ups of several medical offices in and around San Antonio.
After taking care of her grandparents the later part of their lives, she began discussing the idea with her family about the Home Care business. Sara found after much research, Home Care Assistance has the mission and values she really believes in. “Changing the way the world ages.” We hand select our caregivers and make sure they also believe and live up to our mission, vision and values. This is a quality that everyone wants for their friends and family.
She is a member of the Alamo Area of Home Care Council and Home Care and Hospice Executives.
Sara lives in Cibolo, TX with her husband; and their son. When not working, Sara enjoys crafting, baking, and spending time with her family. Sara has passion for the work she does in the home care field and looks forward to assisting you or a loved one with home care needs.

caregiverJordan FranksEmployee Care Manager

Jordan Franks is the Employee Care Manager at Home Care Assistance San Antonio; she is responsible for training, recruiting, scheduling and expertly matching caregivers with clients. She works with the Client Care Managers to oversee all aspects of staffing, supervising and coordinating client care. Prior to being the employee care manager Jordan was a caregiver for our company. She is alumni of Incarnate Word University graduating Magna Cum Laude, and former women’s basketball player. Jordan lives in San Antonio, TX. When not working, she enjoys cooking, walks downtown with her dog, and karaoke. Jordan is passionate about her work in the home care field and is excited about “Changing the way the world ages”.

Shannon started her career in the health field as a certified nurses assistant in 1999. In 2007 Shannon helped open a hospice here in San Antonio and has since assisted several other hospices with their accreditation process with CHAP and Joint Commission. In 2011 Shannon became Certified in Health Care Compliance as well as HIPAA Compliance.

Shannon joined the HCA team in May of 2107 after learning of the different approach HCA took when caring for seniors. It aligned with the values and beliefs she herself has modeled her healthcare career after.

Shannon lives in San Antonio with her husband. She has four grown children and four grandchildren. When Shannon is not working she enjoys photography, exploring Texas, reading and spending time with her kids and grandkids.
